* may only be used within the applicable Monorale AI account; and
* may be subject to usage limits or expiration terms displayed at the time of purchase.
The number of credits or tokens consumed by a particular AI request may vary depending on the feature, model, input, output, or other technical factors.
## 5. Purchases and Payments
Prices and available plans are displayed through Monorale AI at the time of purchase.
By completing a purchase, you authorise the applicable payment provider to process the transaction.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information associated with your account is accurate and authorised for use.
Taxes, VAT, or other charges may apply depending on your location and applicable law.
## 6. Refunds
Purchases of digital credits, tokens, subscriptions, and AI services are generally **non-refundable**.
Monorale AI allocates computing resources, infrastructure capacity, software resources, and other operational resources in connection with providing purchased services. For this reason, we generally cannot reverse or refund purchases once the relevant digital service has been supplied or resources have been allocated.

Monorale AI does not guarantee that generated content will be:

* free from similarities to other content.
## 8. Your Content
You retain ownership of content that you submit to Monorale AI to the extent that you own the applicable rights.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload, submit, process, or otherwise use that content through Monorale AI.
You grant Monorale AI the rights reasonably necessary to process your content in order to provide the Service, including generating requested outputs, storing information associated with your account, maintaining security, troubleshooting technical issues, and operating the platform.

## 9. Your Use of Generated Content
Subject to applicable law and any rights belonging to third parties, you may use outputs generated through Monorale AI for your own purposes, including commercial purposes, subject to the terms of your applicable plan.

You are responsible for determining whether your intended use of generated content complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Where you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

We may introduce new features, modify existing functionality, change usage requirements, or discontinue features.
